As one of the world’s foremost automotive brands, Mercedes-Benz Canada is continuously evolving. Skylar has worked with multiple divisions within Mercedes-Benz for almost 20 years, most notably the After-Sales, Technical Literature and Customer Experience divisions.
Although the assignments are numerous, some of the notable projects have not only been award-winning, but have earned global accolades from the Daimler organization as a whole. For example, when tasked with educating clients on the advantages of using Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts, Skylar developed an award-winning interactive website: MBPartsPro.ca (and the French piecesexpertmb.ca). This website was used as the standard by which multiple other countries within the Mercedes-Benz network developed their own GenuineParts websites.
Skylar has also led the creation of season-specific campaigns nationwide, using detailed personalized data to effectively execute our creative and messaging strategies. Deployment of these campaigns have included direct mail from concept to copy and creative, e-mail blast development, social assets, in-store activations and more.
