”Lives Uplifted”— launched as a transformative campaign to elevate Ornge’s brand attract top talent, and advocate for equitable healthcare across Ontario.
The Challenge
Ornge needed to modernize its brand while addressing multiple goals: recruit skilled professionals, advocate for health equity, and strengthen public trust. The challenge was to unify these objectives under a single, compelling narrative.
Our Approach
We developed a brand platform rooted in purpose and clarity. Through deep listening and strategic storytelling, we created Lives Uplifted—a message that captured Ornge’s mission and inspired both internal teams and the public. The campaign was built around three pillars: Advocate, Educate, Employ, and activated across digital, print, and internal channels.
The Solution
